Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered medical care under the supervision of experienced physicians
• Assess both immediate and long-term patient care needs
• Actively listen to patients’ concerns and deliver root-cause solutions
• Conduct patient evaluations through interviews, physical exams, and detailed medical histories
• Educate and empower patients to take charge of their health
• Assist with in-office procedures, as needed

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner Program with board certification in family or adult care
• Minimum of 2–3 years experience as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner
• Current WI licensure
• Exceptional multitasking skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues
• Strong commitment to customer service and outstanding communication abilities
• Interest in ENT services and procedures
• A valid driver’s license is required

Work location

Work in our Appleton Clinic; ability to help in Green Bay or Plover clinics, as needed.

Schedule

Regular business hours—no nights or weekends. 24–40 hours a week; open to part time or full time.

Pay

$115,000–$135,000 for full time; prorated for part time.
