Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must not repeat job title. We need to include sections only when posting has real specific content. We have content for responsibilities (Essential Duties & Responsibilities). We have content for benefits (Compensation & Benefits). We have qualifications (Qualifications). We have maybe "Why Providers Choose Curana Health" could be considered "About the role" or "Benefits"? Actually "Why Providers Choose Curana Health" includes autonomy, innovative care model, modern tools, career growth, work-life balance. That could be considered "Benefits" or "About the role". But we already have a Benefits section for compensation & benefits. The "Why Providers Choose..." is more about role attributes; could be "About the role" or "Responsibilities"? Might be better to treat as "About the role". However we need to avoid filler. We'll include sections: About the role (mission summary), Responsibilities (Essential Duties & Responsibilities), Benefits (Compensation & Benefits), Qualifications (Qualifications). Possibly also Skills? The qualifications include skills like leadership, interpersonal, problem-solving, communication, punctuality, organizational, teamwork. Could be under Skills section. But we can incorporate into Qualifications. The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could have About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Benefits. That's four sections.
We must not include Pay or Schedule unless specified. Compensation is mentioned: "Competitive compensation package Productivity and quality-based incentive opportunities Uncapped earning potential Performance bonuses tied to clinical excellence and patient outcomes". That's compensation details, so we can include under Benefits or maybe a Pay section. But we have Benefits section already includes compensation and benefits. The instruction: Use headings Benefits, Pay, Schedule. But we can choose to include Benefits heading and include compensation details there. It says "never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them." The posting states compensation and benefits, so we can have a Benefits section (including compensation). Or we could split into Pay and Benefits but we have no separate Pay details beyond compensation; but we could still put compensation under Benefits. It's okay.
We need to use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So for responsibilities we need a list. For qualifications we need a list. For benefits we need a list.
We need to preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. Must not omit details. Must include all details from the posting, except boilerplate.
We need to remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The posting includes some boilerplate like "For more information about our company, visit CuranaHealth.com." That's not essential? It's a link; maybe we can keep as part of About the role? It's not boilerplate but it's a referral. Might keep as a sentence.
We also need to remove duplicated lines. There's repetition: "At Curana Health, our Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants are trusted clinical leaders..." etc. We'll keep that.
We need to ensure we don't include headings with filler text.
Now craft HTML:

We need to ensure we didn't miss any substantive info: The mission paragraph includes "At Curana Health, we're on a mission...". The summary includes "For more information about our company, visit CuranaHealth.com." We included that. The "Why Providers Choose Curana Health" section content we didn't include explicitly; we folded some of those points into About the role (autonomy, flexible work environment, innovative care model, modern tools, career growth, work-life balance). Did we capture all? Let's check: The "Why Providers Choose Curana Health" includes:
- Practice with Purpose: Make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors while delivering compassionate, personalized care in the communities they call home.
- Greater Autonomy: Enjoy the ability to practice independently and manage your day while receiving support from experienced clinical and operational teams.
- Innovative Care Model: Be part of a healthcare organization that is transforming senior care through advanced technology, predictive analytics, and AI-powered solutions that help identify patient needs and improve outcomes.
- Modern Tools That Work for You: Leverage streamlined workflows, smart communication platforms, and data-driven insights that allow you to focus on patient care.
- Career Growth & Development: Take advantage of continuing education opportunities, CME support, leadership development, and career advancement pathways within a growing national organization.
- Work-Life Balance: Enjoy a practice environment designed to support provider well-being through flexible scheduling, generous paid time off, and strong administrative support.
We included some of these in About the role: we mentioned "Through our innovative care model, you'll have the opportunity to build meaningful patient relationships, improve outcomes, reduce unnecessary hospitalizations, and make a lasting impact on the lives of older adults." That covers practice with purpose and innovative care model. We also said "Unlike traditional healthcare settings, you'll practice with greater autonomy, enjoy a flexible work environment, and be supported by experienced physicians, operational leaders, and advanced technology designed to help you deliver exceptional care." That covers greater autonomy, flexible work environment, advanced technology. We didn't explicitly mention modern tools (streamlined workflows, smart communication platforms, data-driven insights) nor career growth & development (continuing education, CME support, leadership development, career advancement) nor work-life balance (generous paid time off, strong administrative support). However we included benefits: CME Support, Paid Time Off (full-time employees eligible for comprehensive benefits package). We didn't mention streamlined workflows, smart communication platforms, data-driven insights, leadership development, career advancement pathways, strong administrative support. Are those considered substantive? Yes they are details. We should include them somewhere. Could add to Benefits section as list items: "Streamlined workflows, smart communication platforms, and data-driven insights", "Continuing education opportunities, CME support, leadership development, and career advancement pathways", "Strong administrative support". But we need to avoid duplication; we already have CME Support and Paid Time Off. We can add those as separate list items.
We also need to include "Practice with Purpose: Make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors while delivering compassionate, personalized care in the communities they call home." That's essentially the mission; we already have mission statement. Could be considered covered.
Thus we should augment Benefits list with those items.
Also we need to include "strong administrative support" maybe under Benefits.
Let's update Benefits section:
- Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance
- 401(k) with Company Match
- Company-Paid Short-Term and Long-Term Disability
- Comprehensive Malpractice Coverage
- UpToDate Clinical Decision Support Subscription
- CME Support
- Paid Time Off: Full-time employees
