Qualifications
- MUST have Active Tennessee NP or PA license in good standing (undisciplined and unencumbered)
- Current DEA license
- Available to work 2 Saturdays (8am-12pm) per month and a minimum of 2 weekdays per week
- Willing to float to Hendersonville, Franklin and Murfreesboro
- Must be able to train Monday-Friday for 10 consecutive days (2 weeks) following the clinical hours, first 3 days remote, remainder of training either in Nashville or in Johnson city (Hotel provided and mileage reimbursed)
Compensation
- $65 hourly for training and weekday shifts
- $400 Saturday shift (4 hours only)
Clinic Hours
Monday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Tuesday: 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Wednesday: 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM
Thursday: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM - 12 PM
Sunday: Closed
Closed from 1:30PM - 2 PM for lunch
