About the Role

Provide primary medical care as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner Float within occupational health clinics, adapting to changing clinical needs across locations.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive medical assessments
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests
  • Perform therapeutic procedures
  • Counsel patients and develop management plans
  • Ensure quality, patient-centered care
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Maintain accurate and confidential documentation
  • Support policy development and participate in educational programs
  • Collaborate with medical teams and adhere to clinical protocols
  • Manage time effectively in a busy clinical environment

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related health field
  • Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies (for PAs)
  • Valid state licensure and certification (PANCE for PAs)
  • Experience in occupational medicine, urgent care, or emergency settings
  • Strong clinical, communication, and decision-making skills
  • Commitment to confidentiality, patient-centered care, and ongoing education
