We are seeking a Full-Time Physician Assistant to join our Team in San Diego, California. What does AFC Urgent Care have to offer? Stable and well supported practiceEnvironment conducive to increase your scope of practiceScheduling Options include 12 shifts monthly: 8am – 8pm. Typically 2 – 3 workdays per week, with 9 – 12-hour shifts and pre-approved overtimeCompetitive Pay. Hourly Rate: $67-$73. Hourly Blended rate with overtime from 9 and 12 hour shifts incorporated with base rates: $74-$83. Additional bi-weekly bonuses based on patient volume thresholds. What does AFC Urgent Care require? An unrestricted medical license in CaliforniaDEA CertificateMust be NCCPA Board CertifiedAt least one year’s experience in an ER, Urgent Care or Primary Care settingAble to treat patients of all ages and be comfortable with minor procedures (e.g., suturing lacerations, draining abscesses, etc.)Available to workday, evening and weekend shifts.
