AFC Urgent Care is seeking a Full-Time Physician Assistant to join our team in San Diego, California. We offer a stable and well-supported practice with scheduling options that include 12 shifts monthly: 8am – 8pm, typically 2 – 3 workdays per week, with 10 – 12-hour shifts and pre-approved overtime. Competitive pay ranges from $67.00 - $73.00 per hour, with additional bi-weekly bonuses based on patient volume thresholds.
Responsibilities
- Treatment of acute illnesses and injuries on a walk-in basis
- Scheduling options include 12 shifts monthly: 8am – 8pm
- Typically 2 – 3 workdays per week, with 10 – 12-hour shifts and pre-approved overtime
- Compensation: $67.00 - $73.00 per hour
- Additional bi-weekly bonuses based on patient volume thresholds
Requirements
- An unrestricted medical license in California
- DEA Certificate
- NCCPA Board Certification
- At least one year’s experience in an ER, Urgent Care, or Primary Care setting
- Able to treat patients of all ages and be comfortable with minor procedures (e.g., suturing lacerations, draining abscesses, etc.)
- Able to work day, evening, and weekend shifts
