Clinic location: Cooper Point Family and Internal Medicine

Start date: ASAP – maternity leave coverage through January 2027

Schedule

• Four 10-hour shifts per week: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday
• Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Requirements

• Primary care experience required
• Experience treating patients of all ages
• Comfortable providing mental health care
• No new graduates
