ZoomCare is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join their dynamic team. The opportunity includes a total earning potential of $200,000+, a competitive base salary of $135,000-$150,000, and additional compensation through a performance-based bonus model, 401k match, sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and shift differentials for eligible roles.

Compensation

• Total earning potential: $200,000+
• Base Salary: $135,000 - $150,000; varies based on experience and 34 hours worked per week
• Additional pay opportunities: Shift differentials, floating incentives, and ability to pick up additional shifts

Clinic Location

Schedule and Training: Work 34 hours average per week, receiving full-time benefits. Unmatched work-life balance with no admin days and no on-call time. Scheduled appointments - no staying late to work through a waiting room full of patients. Clinic positions require a two-week training period, during which you will travel to various clinics in the area. Your schedule during training may differ from your standard clinic schedule. Depending on the position and associated requirements, there may be additional mandatory training requirements that are outside of your scheduled shift.

Essential Functions

Provide a rewarding mix of care including preventive care, illness and injury diagnostic, wellness exams and procedures. Practice in state-of-the-art neighborhood clinics with a well-organized practice model. Practice confidently with on-demand access to a Physician. Essential functions include:

Qualifications

• Physician Assistant: Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies with certification by the NCCPA OR Family Nurse Practitioner: Master of Science in Nursing – Family Nurse Practitioner
• At least 1-2 years of experience post-graduation working in urgent care, primary care, or emergency care.
• Experience seeing patients of all ages.
• Eligible to participate in the Medicare program.
• Must have at least 2000 hours of work experience at the time of job offer.

Working Conditions

• Standing for long periods of time
• Fit tested for an N-95 mask, must be clean shaven where the respirator seals to the face for fit testing or when wearing the respirator
• Must wear a mask as needed
• Ability and willingness to move to a different clinic location based on business needs
