Physician Assistant

Floating opportunity for a Physician Assistant to deliver patient-focused urgent, primary, occupational, and telemedicine care across multiple clinics in the Charlotte region.

Responsibilities

• Perform minor surgical procedures (toenail removal, foreign-object removal, etc.)
• Suture wounds and apply splints
• Conduct general orthopedic evaluations and manage orthopedic conditions
• Review x-rays (final interpretation by Radiologist)
• Treat general dermatologic, ophthalmic, and gynecologic conditions
• Interpret EKGs and manage medical emergencies
• Care for pediatric patients of all ages
• Provide occupational-medicine and telemedicine services

Requirements

• Board-certified Physician Assistant
• Master of Science in Nursing or higher
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with EMR and Microsoft Office suite preferred

Schedule

• Shifts assigned two months in advance
• MainStreet clinics: Monday–Friday 8:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m., Saturday–Sunday 9:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.
• KidsStreet clinics (select locations): Monday–Friday 8:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m., Saturday–Sunday 9:00 a.m.–9:00 p.m.
• Hours may vary based on company needs, training, or floating assignments
