We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections if posting has real specific content. We need to extract content. The posting includes: Employment Type: Full time Shift: Description: ... then Position Requirements: ... then Key Responsibilities: ... then Essential Functions: ... (looks like overlapping). We need to map to sections. We should not repeat job title. No Job ID. We need to remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. Not present. We need to preserve all substantive info. We need to decide sections: About the role (description), Responsibilities (Key Responsibilities + Essential Functions maybe), Requirements (Position Requirements), Qualifications (maybe education/experience etc), Skills (maybe specific skills), Benefits/Pay/Schedule only if present. Not present: no mention of benefits, pay, schedule. So we omit those sections. We need to use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we need to turn lists into
    • . The posting has many bullet-like sentences but not explicit bullet markers. We need to parse and create list items for each duty/requirement. We must not invent or summarize away detail. Must preserve all substantive info. So we need to include each sentence as a list item? Might be too granular but okay. However we need to avoid filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We need to output only HTML fragment. Let's extract sections: About the role: The description paragraph after "Description:" up to before "Position Requirements:"? Let's capture: "Under the direction of Director of Strategy, and as a key member of the Trinity Health Georgia recruitment team, supports and fulfills creative recruitment and sourcing strategies surrounding physician and mid-level provider recruitment. Supports the partnership with physician and provider recruitment teams across the System Office recruitment and Ministry recruitment teams to create and maintain a strong and continuous diverse candidate pipeline using innovative and creative, strategies that will fulfill the provider recruitment growth and development plans, both current and future, for the Trinity Health system in accordance with the Local & System Office needs and goals. Utilizes multiple recruitment strategies and resources to attract, source, screen, select, and effectively deliver highly qualified, diverse physician and mid-level provider candidates to Trinity Health Ministries impacting candidate placement and ensuring timely filling of provider opportunities across Trinity Health. Represents Trinity Health and its ministries with knowledge of the strategic planning, culture and colleague value proposition. The delivery of effective and efficient services in support of strategic and business needs is accomplished in collaboration and partnership with Provider Recruitment leadership, Graduate Medical Education (GME), and the Regional Health Ministries." That's the about. Now Position Requirements: includes Licensure/Certification/Registration, Education, Experience, Special Qualifications (a long list). We'll treat as Requirements section. Key Responsibilities: list after "Key Responsibilities:" up to before "Essential Functions:"? Actually after Key Responsibilities: there is a list of responsibilities (Leads and facilitates interviews... etc). Then "Essential Functions:" starts another list (Knows, understands...). We could combine Responsibilities and Essential Functions into a Responsibilities section, or separate. Since we have both, we could make Responsibilities section covering Key Responsibilities, and maybe another section for Essential Functions? But we only have headings list: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We could put Essential Functions under Responsibilities as well. Qualifications: maybe we separate Education, Experience, Licensure etc as Qualifications. But we already have Requirements. Could treat Requirements as Qualifications. But we need to follow instruction: use headings only when posting has real specific content. We can have both Requirements and Qualifications if content distinct. However the posting lumps licensure, education, experience, special qualifications under "Position Requirements". Could split into Requirements (licensure/certification) and Qualifications (education/experience). But risk of thin sections. Better to have one Requirements section covering all. Skills: we could extract specific skills like "highly effective interpersonal and excellent phone, verbal and written communication skills", "strong customer service focus", "networking skills", "ability to work effectively and independently", "time management", "expert knowledge and experience with Excel", etc. Could be a Skills section. But we need to avoid thin sections. Perhaps we combine skills into Requirements or Responsibilities. However instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So maybe we have About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements. That's three sections. That seems sufficient. We need to include all substantive info. If we put everything into Requirements and Responsibilities, we must ensure we don't lose any info. Let's extract all content after "Position Requirements:" until end (including Key Responsibilities and Essential Functions). But we need to separate responsibilities from requirements. We'll parse: Position Requirements: - Licensure/Certification/Registration: Encouraged, but not required to have Certified Physician/Provider Recruitment Professional (CPRP), and/or Certified Health Care Recruiter (CHCR) certifications. - Education: Must possess a comprehensive knowledge of business or healthcare administration as normally obtained through a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. Advanced Degree in Healthcare Administration or Management is preferred. - Experience: Minimum of three to five (3-5) years of progressively more responsible health care recruiting experience, preferably in physician and provider recruitment. Experience with full life-cycle provider recruitment is highly preferred. May also consider experience in medical staffing/credentialing, Graduate Medical Education, or Advanced Practice Provider recruitment where providers are the primary focus. Health care industry experience is required. - Special Qualifications: (long list) includes many bullet-like sentences. Key Responsibilities: list of responsibilities. Essential Functions: list of functions (some overlapping with responsibilities). We'll create: maybe not needed; just headings and content. We'll output:
