Physician Anesthesiology

About the role

The private, well-established group of board-certified anesthesiologists is seeking a full-time addition for general and cardiac anesthesiology cases, including vascular, thoracic, and craniotomies. Cardiac cases include structural heart, EP, STS-designated CABG, and community pump cases.

Responsibilities

• 1 in 15 call schedule for first and second call; home call with infrequent callbacks
• Partnership track available after 18 months with no financial buy-in; includes profit sharing and voting rights
• 6 - 12 weeks of vacation per year with equal scheduling access from day one
• 1099 structure offering autonomy and customizable benefits for each physician
• Coastal California location near Monterey, world-class beaches, golf, and wine country

Requirements

• Board certification in Anesthesiology
• Current CA Medical License
• Experience with general and cardiac anesthesiology cases
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Pay

Salary range: $600,000.00 to $700,000.00 annually
