Exercise Specialist/Physical Therapy Technician Tasks

• Auxiliary Therapists in setting up and monitoring daily exercise treatments according to the therapist’s plan of care.
• Learn to set up and assist patients on various equipment such as machine weights and aerobic conditioning devices, as part of personalized treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate patient records, marketing materials, and patient information.
• Keep the therapy area tidy, adhere to cleaning protocols, and proactively organize when patient assistance is not required.
• Provide customer service by answering phones, taking referrals, pre-authorizing visits, and supporting with front desk or billing duties as needed.
• Assist other clinics or departments as necessary, demonstrating flexibility and willingness to contribute.
