We are seeking a Physical Therapy Resident (PTR) to participate in a comprehensive postgraduate training program lasting twelve months. Responsibilities include: Providing direct patient care across diverse diagnoses and settings, implementing and adjusting treatment plans based on current theory and practice, and documenting all care activities.Performing patient assessments, evaluations, goal setting, and discharge planning in accordance with departmental policies, and ensuring effective communication of findings.Creating a positive learning environment for observers, volunteers, students, and staff, while facilitating educational opportunities and ensuring learning objectives are met.Maintaining departmental productivity standards and actively serving patient needs with timely documentation. Qualifications: Doctorate in Physical Therapy.Current Basic Life Support certification.Enrollment in a PT Doctorate program.
