Essential Functions
- Competent Services: Provides skilled physical therapy services, staying updated on standard practices for different patient groups.
- Counsels, educates, and trains patients, families, and caregivers.
- Collaborates with care teams and stakeholders to deliver quality, patient-centered care.
Qualifications
- Current Physical Therapist license in states where you work.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare providers.
- Basic Computer skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Possess skill sets and experience with target population of job setting.
- Current driver’s license, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record.
- Manual dexterity of hands and fingers to manipulate complex and delicate equipment with precision and accuracy.
- Ability to lift and utilize full range of movement to transfer patients.
- Ability to stand in a stationary position for an extended period of time.
- Ability to navigate crowded and busy rooms (full of equipment, power cords on the floor, etc.).
- Ability to work in a variety of environments.
