Qualifications
Required Bachelor's Degree or equivalent from an accredited physical therapy program
Preferred Master's Degree
6 months of relevant experience
Required: LIC-Physical Therapist - STATE_MI State of Michigan
Required: Upon Hire required: LIC-Driver's License - STATE_MI State of Michigan
Home Care Business Lines: Upon Hire required: CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA American Heart Association 90 Days required Or: CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - ARC American Red Cross 90 Days required
