About the role

Sundance Creek Post Acute is seeking a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our rehabilitation team.

Responsibilities

• Aid licensed Physical Therapists in delivering individualized treatment plans.
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and functional mobility activities.
• Maintain patient records and report findings to the therapy team.
• Foster a positive, encouraging, and safe rehabilitation environment.

Requirements

• Current Physical Therapy Assistant licensure in good standing (as required by state regulations).

Qualifications

• Strong team player with clear communication and interpersonal skills.
