Symbria’s Rehab Team at The Parkvue Community in Sandusky, OH (Erie County) is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join its employee-owner team. Rehab services begin September 1, 2026.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Physical Therapist to set appropriate goals and creatively execute treatment plans.
• Serve as a member of the interdisciplinary team, maintaining productivity standards and completing required documentation.
• Help patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Valid state license.
• Ability to work flexible hours and weekends.
• Experience in acute care, long-term care, and/or rehabilitation settings.
