About the role

Are you a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) with a desire to impact the lives of the older adult population? If so, our Rehab Team at Phoebe Berks Health Care Center in Wernersville, PA has a PART TIME opportunity available. Phoebe Berks is a CCRC (Continuous Care Retirement Community) and most of the treating will be Outpatient (Independent Living/Personal Care) with also coverage in the SNF (Short and Long Term Care). This is a PART TIME position offering flexibility in schedule!

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Physical Therapist to establish appropriate goals and creatively execute treatment plans.
• As a member of the interdisciplinary team, maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation.
• Help patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community you serve.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school for Physical Therapist Assistants.
• Hold a valid state license.
• Ability to work 5 days per week between 20–29 hours weekly; flexibility in scheduling start/stop time.
• Acute care, long-term care, and/or rehabilitation experience preferred but not required.
