About the role

We are seeking a Part-time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our Rehab Team at Park Place of St. John in St. John, IN. This role focuses on impacting the lives of the older adult population through patient-centered care in a senior-living and post-acute setting.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Physical Therapist to establish appropriate goals and creatively execute treatment plans.
• Maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation.
• Help patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community served.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school for Physical Therapist Assistants.
• Valid state license.
• Ability to work flexible hours and weekends.
• Acute care, long-term care, and/or rehabilitation experience is a plus but not required.
