About the role
Highland House Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our dedicated team. The position offers competitive wages with flexible scheduling options, including full-time, part-time, and PRN/On-Call shifts.
Responsibilities
- Implement individualized treatment plans developed by the Physical Therapist
- Collaborate with nursing and facility staff to support resident goals
- Track progress and ensure quality outcomes
- Maintain strong documentation and communication
- Contribute to a positive and team-focused environment
Requirements
- Licensed as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in Oregon or graduate of an approved PTA program
- Active working toward licensure
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Dedication to providing compassionate, resident-centered care
Qualifications
- Experience in a healthcare setting preferred
- Knowledge of physical therapy techniques and principles
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
