Highland House Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our dedicated team. The position offers competitive wages with flexible scheduling options, including full-time, part-time, and PRN/On-Call shifts.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by the Physical Therapist
• Collaborate with nursing and facility staff to support resident goals
• Track progress and ensure quality outcomes
• Maintain strong documentation and communication
• Contribute to a positive and team-focused environment

Requirements

• Licensed as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in Oregon or graduate of an approved PTA program
• Active working toward licensure
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Dedication to providing compassionate, resident-centered care

Qualifications

• Experience in a healthcare setting preferred
• Knowledge of physical therapy techniques and principles
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay

New increased wages! $35–$46 per hour, depending on licensure and experience
