PHYSICAL THERAPY ASSISTANT (PTA) - CAPITAL NURSING AND REHABILITATION CENTER

Responsibilities

• Work with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a wonderful rehab experience for patients and their families by being responsive and individualizing treatment plans.
• Be able to work in a supportive rehab environment with progressive treatment modalities to address a variety of diseases and impairments.
• In-house therapy with local management support.

Requirements

• Education: Must be a graduate of an accredited Therapy program.
• Certificate / License: Must be licensed in the state of the SNF you will be working.
• Experience: Previous rehab SNF experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed in the state of the SNF you will be working.

Skills

• Responsive and individualized treatment planning skills.
• Supportive and progressive treatment modality application.
