Pay & Sign-On Bonus
- Pay: $68,000 - $78,000
- Sign-On Bonus: Eligible candidates may qualify for a $2,000 sign-on bonus* as part of their total compensation package. Bonus eligibility and payout structure will be shared early in the interview process.

Requirements
- Associate's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Meets qualifications as established by APTA
- Active Physical Therapy Assistant License in State of Practice
- Current BLS/CPR Certification
- Reliable transportation and a Valid Driver's License
