Pay & Sign-On Bonus

  • Pay: $68,000 - $78,000
  • Sign-On Bonus: Eligible candidates may qualify for a $2,000 sign-on bonus* as part of their total compensation package. Bonus eligibility and payout structure will be shared early in the interview process.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
  • Meets qualifications as established by APTA
  • Active Physical Therapy Assistant License in State of Practice
  • Current BLS/CPR Certification
  • Reliable transportation and a Valid Driver's License
