Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA)
What You'll Do
- Provide therapy treatments and interventions under the direction of a licensed physical therapist
- Help residents rebuild strength, balance, and the skills they need for daily living
- Monitor resident progress during sessions and report changes to the physical therapist
- Work alongside physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and nursing staff as part of one care team
- Document treatments and resident responses accurately and on time, following state and facility guidelines
What You'll Need
- Absolutely current and active Physical Therapy Assistant license in New Jersey
- The ability to understand, read, write, and speak English for documentation and care coordination
- Previous experience as a PTA (new graduates are welcome to apply)

Schedule
Full-time, day shift, Monday through Friday. No weekends required.
