About the role
Fleetwood Post Acute is a 102-bed skilled nursing facility in Easley, South Carolina. Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care according to established treatment plans
- Auxiliary residents with exercises to improve mobility, strength, and independence
- Monitor patient progress and report updates to the Physical Therapist
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
- Ensure a safe, clean, and supportive therapy environment
Qualifications
- Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Active, unencumbered PTA license in South Carolina (required)
- Experience in a skilled nursing or rehab setting preferred
- Familiarity with PointClickCare (PCC) and Casamba preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Compassion for an underserved population
