About the Role

The primary purpose of your job is to return residents to optimal physical function and facilitate achievement of patient, physician, and therapy goals in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting. You will instruct patients in maintaining achieved levels of function after discharge through education, independent exercise programs, and appropriate activity modification.

Requirements

  • Associate’s Degree in a Physical Therapy Assistant program from an accredited college or university.
  • Current, unencumbered license to practice as a Physical Therapy Assistant within the state of employment.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to navigate service delivery software and electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Pay

$33.00 per hour.

Schedule

Full-time opportunity available. Shifts negotiable. Sign-on bonus negotiable.
