About the role
Powerback is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team in a facility-based setting. As a PTA, you will implement physical therapy programs and activities, follow developed recovery plans, and deliver therapy treatments. You will work with patients to restore, reinforce, and enhance their physical abilities while addressing the whole patient as an individual. You'll collaborate with peers and make referrals to help patients get the care they need to thrive.

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant Program certified by the American Physical Therapy Association
- Licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required by the state of practice
Pay
USD $32.00 - USD $44.00 /Hr., with a $15,000 retention bonus. Full-time PTAs earn up to $44.00/hr. New grads and early career PTAs (0-2 years) should ask about the $25K new grad incentive bonus.

Schedule
Full-time position in a facility setting, reporting to the Director of Rehab.
