About the role

Powerback is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will implement physical therapy programs and activities, follow developed recovery plans, and deliver therapy treatments. You will work in a facility setting and report to the Director of Rehab. As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you put patients first, ensuring they and their families receive the highest quality of service in a caring and compassionate atmosphere.

Responsibilities

  • Implement physical therapy programs and activities
  • Follow developed recovery plans
  • Deliver therapy treatments
  • Restore, reinforce, and enhance patients' physical abilities
  • Adapt to the needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with peers and make referrals to help patients get the care they need

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant Program certified by the American Physical Therapy Association
  • Licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required by the state of practice

Pay & Bonus

  • Pay range: USD $32.00 - $40.00 per hour
  • Retention bonus: USD $15,000.00
  • Full-time PTAs can earn up to $44.00/hr
  • New grads / early career (0-2 years): ask about the $25,000 new grad incentive bonus
