Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA)

Job Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive treatment to patients under the supervision of a PT according to state practice guidelines.
• Document progress in daily treatment notes and complete all required documentation as indicated by state guidelines.
• Implement and conduct treatment as outlined in the treatment plan.
• Monitor their treatments as indicated by the physician orders.
• Participate in implementation of resident care plans.
• Work with interdisciplinary team to improve residents quality of life by providing optimal care and address care plans.

Requirements

• Must provide current license and/or registration as Physical Therapist Assistant.
