Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for residents
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
• Provide compassionate, quality care to long-term care, short-skilled stay residents and outpatients
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, safe environment

Requirements

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in Montana (or eligible to become licensed)
• Graduate of an accredited PTA program
• Skilled in developing individualized treatment plans
• Team player with excellent communication skills
• Experience with outpatient for geriatrics is preferred, but new grads are welcome too!

Qualifications

• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of physical therapy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for making a difference in the lives of seniors

Pay

$26.00 - $30.00 per hour based on experience and qualifications
