Physical Therapy Assistant (PRN)

Job Summary The Physical Therapist Assistant supports the Physical Therapist in delivering physical therapy care. Responsibilities include performing delegated therapy procedures, modifying treatments based on patient needs, documenting progress, and ensuring patient safety. They address age-specific needs, treat patients with respect and dignity, and assess and manage pain according to department policies. The role involves providing technical assistance and direction to the Physical Therapy aide, as well as coordinating departmental workload.
