Responsibilities

• Following state laws and treatment plans under supervision of a licensed PT
• Instructing patients in exercises, gait, ADLs, transfer, safety, and prosthetic training
• Monitoring and reporting patient responses and condition changes
• Collaborating with healthcare team members and educating patients, families, and caregivers

Qualifications

• Current license, registration, or certification to practice physical therapy in the state
• CPR certification, valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, or reliable transportation
• Ability to work in diverse home environments and perform physical tasks such as lifting and transferring
• Availability for weekend rotation

Compensation

Total cash pay ranges from $66,977 to $100,465 annually, including per visit and hourly rates, based on productivity and experience.
