About the role
Provides skilled physical therapy to patients/clients with a wide variety of diagnoses and disabilities, taking into account individual patients' special physical or age-related needs. Works in Home Health to care for patients where they are most comfortable.
Responsibilities
- Takes direction from a physical therapist to provide skilled physical therapy to patients/clients.
- Consults with patients/clients to achieve maximum independence in accordance with their functional level and potential.
- Cares for patients/clients in Milwaukie, Happy Valley, Clackamas and Gladstone.
Requirements
- Associate's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- Oregon Physical Therapy Assistant License upon hire.
