$38.00 – $42.00/hour (W-2) plus mileage reimbursement. Pay based on experience, expertise, credentialing, and education.

About the role
Performs physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
Responsibilities
- Provides patients with appropriate exercise instruction as outlined in the established plan of care.
- Educates patients on exercises, treatment techniques, and proper practices to support recovery.
- Assists in improving patients’ mobility, strength, function, and overall well-being.
- Follows the Physical Therapist’s established plan of care and treatment recommendations.
Requirements
- Education: Associate’s Degree
- License(s): Current licensed, registered, or certified to assist in the practice of physical therapy in state of practice.
- Certification(s): Current CPR certification, current driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
- Years of experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience.
- Skills/Specialties/Technology: Home Health experience preferred.
