Physical Therapy Assistant (Gauranteed Bonus)

Responsibilities
- Assist in the implementation of treatment plans
- Conduct exercises with patients
- Educate patients on proper techniques for rehabilitation exercises
- Document patient progress
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Instruct and assist patients in performing therapeutic exercises and activities
- Maintain a clean and organized therapy environment
- Monitor patients during therapy sessions, providing guidance and support as needed
- Auxiliary in the implementation of discharge plans
- Provide patients with instructions for continued care and recommend appropriate follow-up services
Requirements
- Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program
- Current licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant in the state of practice
- CPR certification
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Compassion and empathy for patients undergoing rehabilitation
- Physical stamina and dexterity necessary to assist patients with mobility and perform therapeutic activities
- Pelvic Health Experience and/or interest (preferred)
Qualifications
- Preferred qualifications include prior experience working as a Physical Therapy Assistant, specialized training or certification in specific areas of physical therapy, proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems, and bilingual proficiency in English and another language commonly spoken by patients in the practice area.

This is a salary-based position, with the opportunity to receive a monthly bonus.
Schedule
This is a full-time, salary-based position with a guaranteed bonus. There Are Two Schedules Available:
Monday-Friday (8:00AM-5:00PM)
Monday-Sunday (7:00AM-7:00PM) 7days on, 7 days off
