Primary Responsibilities
- Administering modalities as directed by a Physical Therapist
- Administer treatments and physical agents
- Participate in operational aspects of the department
- Auxiliary duties as needed
Requirements
- Associate Degree (AS) in Physical Therapy Assisting
- Licensed as a Physical Therapy Assistant in Florida or ability to obtain prior to start
- 1+ years of experience preferred
Qualifications
While not specified, candidates should have the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, and be willing to travel between inpatient and outpatient settings.
Skills
Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team are essential.

Pay
The hourly pay for this role will range from $24.00 to $43.00 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
Schedule
This full time, nonexempt position is scheduled to work 40 hours per week in an Inpatient setting. Position may float to outpatient setting as needed.

About the Rehabilitation Department
Department core hours are Monday-Sunday from 8:00am-4:300pm and as needed to support acute care hospital rehab staff.
