Physical Therapy Assistant - Full Time

Role Overview: The Physical Therapist Assistant supports physical therapy services by performing delegated procedures under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. Assist in implementing treatment plans and modify procedures based on patient progress within the therapist’s guidelines.Document patient progress and ensure safety and effective delivery of therapy.Address age-specific needs and treat patients with respect and dignity.Assess and manage patient pain in line with departmental policies.Identify and report patient safety concerns promptly.Provide technical guidance to Physical Therapy aides and coordinate workload as directed. Qualifications & Skills: An associate's degree, current license as a Physical Therapist Assistant, and Basic Life Support certification are required. Entry-level experience is acceptable. Key Responsibilities: Support patient care by assisting with physical therapy procedures, documenting progress, ensuring safety, and collaborating with team members to optimize patient outcomes.
