Physical Therapy Assistant - Full Time

Assist in delivering patient treatments, exercises, and education to improve well-being under a licensed Physical Therapist’s care plan.

Responsibilities

• Follow state practice laws and facility policies
• Carry out active and passive therapeutic exercises
• Monitor and document patient responses to interventions
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to adjust care plans
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on home-exercise programs and safety techniques
• Travel to and work in diverse home settings
• Participate in weekend rotation schedule

Requirements

• Current state license or certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Pass a pre-employment drug screening

Preferred Qualifications

• CPR certification
• Physical ability to lift, transfer, and assist patients with mobility tasks

Pay

$28.00 – $42.00 per hour or $58,241 – $87,361 annually, based on productivity and experience.
