$27.74 - $40.23 / hour

Qualifications
- Completion of an accredited program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association
Required Work Experience
- Licenses & Certifications:
- Current license from the State of Illinois or in the process of acquiring licensure
- Valid State driver’s license and proof of liability insurance
- Bi-Annual CPR certification
Required Licensure & Authorization
- An applicant for employment as a physical, occupational, or speech therapists must present acceptable evidence of licensure or authorization to test at the time of employment.
- A new employee will not be allowed to work as a therapist or assistant until evidence of licensure eligibility is provided.
