About the role

We are a clinician-run pediatric group with several locations in Fayetteville. Each of our clinics is managed by lead therapists who help create a low-pressure environment where employees thrive.

Responsibilities

• Obtain doctor’s orders, authorizations, and other time-consuming paperwork
• Use Raintree EMR for practice management, scheduling, billing, and documentation
• Take data during sessions using a company-issued iPad
• Participate in discipline meetings and lunch and learns
• Mentor new employees and provide them with a paid hour a week of dedicated time
• Provide patient-centered therapy, focusing on results and family education
• Market Therapy Playground to increase patient availability
• Receive monthly work-related mileage reimbursement
• Enjoy birthday celebrations and support for personal milestones

Qualifications

To qualify, you must be a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant.

Pay

$24.00 - $28.00 per hour

Schedule

You create your own schedule, working 2 hours or 40 hours per week, as long as you contribute to the Therapy Playground team.
