Physical Therapy Assistant

Responsibilities

• Assist with rehabilitative services for patients under specific medical orders as part of a coordinated team.
• Provide attentive one-on-one therapy services for residents, administering functional treatments that emphasize a holistic, patient-centered approach to care.
• Advocate for resident needs and communicate effectively with other members of the care team.
• Utilize innovative technologies and therapeutic treatments to enhance patient outcomes.
• Participate in ongoing professional development through company-provided and unlimited online CEUs.

Requirements

• Desirable Monday-Friday schedule with no weekend or holiday requirements.

Qualifications

• Associate’s of applied science degree in area of discipline.
• Current license in state of practice.
• Excellent interpersonal, fiscal, and clinical skills.
• Computer proficiency.

Skills

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of senior living community care standards and regulations.

Pay

USD $32.00 - USD $40.00 /Hr.

Schedule

Mondays through Fridays, no weekends or holidays required.
