Physical Therapy Assistant

Responsibilities

• Assist with rehabilitative services for patients under specific medical orders as part of a coordinated team.
• Provide attentive one-on-one therapy services for residents, administering functional treatments that emphasize a holistic, patient-centered approach to care.
• Advocate for patients’ needs and preferences, ensuring they receive the best possible care.
• Utilize innovative technologies and therapeutic treatments to enhance patient outcomes.
• Pursue clinical interests and develop subject matter expertise through mentorship and hands-on experience.

Requirements

• Desirable Monday-Friday schedule with no weekend or holiday requirements.

Qualifications

• Associate’s of applied science degree in area of discipline.
• Current license in state of practice.
• Excellent interpersonal, fiscal, and clinical skills.
• Computer proficiency.

Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and senior care principles.
• Proficiency in relevant software and technology tools.

USD $29.00 - USD $36.00 /Hr.
