Job Details / Responsibilities
- Implement and progress patient treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
- Deliver hands-on therapeutic exercises, manual techniques, modalities, and patient education
- Maintain clinic standards for safety, compliance, and exceptional patient experience
- Assist with orthopedic, sports, post-op, geriatric, and general rehabilitation cases
- Promote patient independence and long-term wellness through customized home exercise programs
- Participate in team collaboration, community events, and continuous learning opportunities
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Active (or eligible) Physical Therapist Assistant license in Arizona
- Strong communication, teamwork, and patient-centered care skills
- Passion for helping patients achieve their mobility and recovery goals
- Commitment to evidence-based practice and professional growth
