About the role
Commonwealth Home Health Network is looking for Physical Therapy Assistants to join our team. CHHN provides skilled in-home, and unskilled services to seniors, older adults, and those who are disabled.
Responsibilities
- Execute and carryout patient's goals as specified by PT
- Provide effective treatments that help improve patients motion and mobility
- Provide quality, personalized and evidence-based care and proven interventions
- Motivate patients during treatment in order to help them function optimally
- Document patient progress and care services
Requirements
- Valid Physical Therapy Assistant license (required)
- 1+ years of PTA experience
- A heart for providing the best care to our community
