Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality rehab services including therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, and functional mobility interventions
- Work under the supervision of a Physical Therapist
- Document patient progress in the EMR system
- Collaborate with nursing and rehab teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Educate residents and their families about treatment plans and progress
Qualifications & Skills
- Certified Physical Therapy Assistant certification
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to document accurately and work collaboratively
