Hi, my name is Negin Jalayer, owner of Marathon Physical Therapy! I remember so vividly being in your position—deciding whether to apply to Physical Therapy School, considering OT or Athletic Training, or taking a year off to figure things out. This outpatient role gave me hands-on experience: training alongside a physical therapist, learning customer service and time management, keeping the office organized, and understanding medical terminology, treatment plans, and modalities. Most importantly, it confirmed my passion for becoming a physical therapist and helping people.

Now, I own and operate a successful clinic in Floral Park, NY, where we prioritize customer satisfaction and staff retention. Our team has stayed with us for 3+ years, and we’re proud of the difference we make in our community.

About the role

We’re looking for a Rehabilitation Aide to join our team. This role is ideal for someone using it as a stepping stone before physical therapy school or wanting to learn how a clinic operates. You’ll assist the therapy team by:

• Bringing patients back for their sessions
• Keeping the office clean and organized
• Following instructions from therapists
• Scheduling patients
• Handling other daily tasks

Most importantly, you’ll have fun while making a difference in someone’s life!
