Provide skilled home health care visits to patients in Hernando County. Responsibilities include administering treatments, monitoring patient progress, and collaborating with healthcare providers.
Responsibilities
- Administer physical therapy treatments
- Maintain patient records and progress notes
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop treatment plans
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary
- Communicate with patients and families regarding their care plan
Requirements
- Current license to practice physical therapy in Florida
- Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- At least one year of clinical experience in home health care
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of physical therapy techniques and modalities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for providing high-quality care in a home setting
Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with electronic medical records systems
