PeaceHealth Rehab & Wellness Center in Florence, Oregon is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist (PT) with Women's Health or Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation certification to support the growth of their program. They are open to candidates interested in Women's Health and will provide necessary training for certification. Opportunities exist to collaborate with other PTs/PTAs and work with various patient diagnostic groups.

Pay

The salary range for this position at PeaceHealth is $51.55 - $72.78 per hour. The hiring rate is determined by factors such as education, training, work experience, and terms of applicable collective bargaining agreements.

Job Summary

Responsible for evaluating patients, establishing a treatment plan, and modifying plans based on patient needs. Collaborates with other healthcare professionals and mentors new caregivers, PTAs, and therapy aides. Participates in staff meetings, patient care meetings, and educational in-services.

What You Will Do

• Evaluates assigned patients and establishes a treatment plan and goals using data from various sources.
• Provides patient treatment according to the plan of care and modifies the plan as needed.
• Completes accurate and timely documentation according to regulatory and state licensure requirements.
• Collaborates with other healthcare professionals to ensure smooth continuous care of patients.
• Mentors and provides oversight to new caregivers, PTAs, and therapy aides.
• Provides clinical instruction and training to students.
• Recommends and participates in the development of new services and programs, quality improvement, and monitoring activities.
• Participates in staff meetings, patient care meetings, educational in-services, caregiver orientation, and other professional activities.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy or a closely related field (foreign equivalents accepted).
• Physical Therapist License in the State of Oregon.
• Basic Life Support issued through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
