Responsibilities
$5,000 Sign-On Bonus Available
- Assess and evaluate patient care needs related to functional status/mobility, endurance/stamina, pain, and other medical conditions.
- Determine a treatment plan based on assessment and evaluation.
- Perform interventions aimed at improving and enhancing the patient’s well-being.
- Evaluate the patient’s progress.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a health-related field like biology, exercise science, or kinesiology Required
- Graduate of an accredited program from a CAPTE-accredited school Required
- No prior work experience required
- Physical Therapist (PT) license Required upon hire
- CPR (Cardiac Pulmonary Resuscitation) certification Required upon hire
- Valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle Required upon hire
