About the role
Evaluating movement dysfunctions and conducting assessments to track physical progress.
Designing and revising a Plan of Care (POC) that sets specific, measurable goals tailored to the patient’s lifestyle and medical history.
Executing specialized manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and functional training techniques.
Supervising Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs), rehab techs, and mentoring PT students.

- Executing specialized manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and functional training techniques.
- Supervising Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs), rehab techs, and mentoring PT students.
Requirements
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.
- American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Tennessee Board of Physical Therapy credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Physical Therapy prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
- Bachelor's degree required. Master's OR Doctorate degree preferred.
Qualifications
- Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Physical Therapy (PT) credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Physical Therapy prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
- Education: Bachelor's degree required. Master's OR Doctorate degree preferred.
