About the role
Join our team as a traveling Physical Therapist in Nashua, NH at a skilled nursing facility. You will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location.
Responsibilities
- Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans.
- Provide hands-on physical therapy to improve mobility and function.
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Document progress and communicate with patients and families.
Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active New Hampshire state license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
Qualifications
- Minimum qualifications include a degree in Physical Therapy and active state license.
